"Groovin' with Grandfriends" is a FREE unique, intergenerational music therapy program where seniors and our local kiddos unite to share music's joy and forge lasting connections. Thanks to the kindness of donors, this program is FREE and requires no registration! Drop in any Tuesday morning from 10:30-11am to experience the joy of music, led by a board-certified music therapist from Perfect Harmony Health. In this program, we experience the magic of harmonizing generations, promoting emotional well-being, reducing stress, and building friendships beyond the music room. The key benefits of intergenerational music therapy are: Intergenerational Friendships Community Engagement Bridging Generations Developmental Stimulation (for both the kids and grandfriends!) Join us for "Groovin' with Grandfriends" and be part of a rhythmic celebration that transcends age, creating joy, laughter, and enduring connections!
