Enjoy a free all levels vinyasa flow class located in the Wills Park Recreation Center taught by our amazing yoga teacher training new grads!!
Here are safety protocols created by the City of Alpharetta & Lift Yoga:
⚡️No congregating- please come to your mat and stay 6′ apart from other people
⚡️Masks are required (okay to be removed once you’re on your mat)
⚡️Hand sanitizer will be provided at the sign in sheet.
⚡️Bring your own mat & water.
These classes are for all levels, FREE, FUN and brought to you by the City of Alpharetta and Lift Yoga!
