Come out to Smith Plantation to get into the spirit of the season with our Gingerbread Christmas event. Each workshop will be presented by Clarissa Clifton on preparing and decorating gingerbread cookies for baking over the open hearth in the historic 1863 cookhouse. In addition, children will also have the opportunity to make a holiday craft ornament.
