Before you know it, Pancake Breakfast with Santa – and, with it, the Christmas season – will be here. And so will most every element of this Milton tradition that our residents know and love.
The event will be from 8 to 11 a.m. (so one hour longer than in the past) on Saturday, December 14, once again at Fire Station 44 at 13690 Highway 9. And, like last year, families can sign-up to reserve spots in line to get pictures taken with Santa Claus himself. (Only one registration per family – equating to one photo with St. Nick – is needed.)
Those reservations open up at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30 – for Milton residents only – at www.miltonga.gov/Registration. The morning of Nov. 20, Santa spots will open to those outside Milton if there are any remaining.
On that webpage (which is also https://secure.rec1.com/GA/city-of-milton/catalog), you can click on “Milton Holiday Events” and go from there. Those who don’t have a Milton registration account already might want to get themselves set up now, as spots-to-see-Santa are sure to fill up fast.
Attendees will enjoy delicious breakfast foods, including pancakes, served by Milton firefighters. The festive fun in Station 44's bay include balloon animals created by one of Santa's elves, a raffle, and even a visit by the Grinch (after its heart grew, we promise).
People can park in the spots for the office complex adjacent to Station 44, as well as around Stonecreek Church a short walk away.
