To help Atlantans make the most of their Thanksgiving Day, executive chef Derek Dollar and his kitchen team at Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails are taking care of all the cooking in their kitchen. The only work diners need to do is place an order for a delicious 12-14 pound apple-brined and smoked turkey that comes with a quart of both Madeira gravy and sage-corn spoonbread.
This holiday meal comfortably feeds six to eight people for $90 and is available for pick up on Wednesday, November 27 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Milton’s in downtown Crabapple, or at Chido & Padre’s in Buckhead for added convenience.
Recognizing that savory side dishes help make the meal, chef Dollar and his team also are offering mashed potatoes, Kentuckyaki Brussels sprouts, cheddar grits and smoked Gouda mac and cheese for $20 per quart. Additional quarts of Madeira gravy and sage-corn spoonbread also are available for $20.
