Looking for a way to get your kids outside this summer? Camp Kingfisher at the Chattahoochee Nature Center is the perfect place for campers to connect with nature, build lasting friendships, and have all the fun experiences of a traditional camp.
Nestled just north of Atlanta, Camp Kingfisher utilizes 127 acres of woodlands, three ponds, and the Chattahoochee River to provide campers with a unique summer experience. Our well-trained counselors, and specialists lead hikes, animal encounters, science exploration activities, canoeing, swimming, arts and crafts, and more. We squish through and explore 127 acres of ponds, trails, meadows, and river boardwalk at the beautiful Chattahoochee Nature Center. Our facility’s amenities include The Gold LEED certified Discovery Center, an outdoor junior-Olympic size pool, five indoor classrooms, and Kingfisher Hall, camp’s air-conditioned meeting space.

Rising Kindergarten through 7th graders are invited to 1- and 2-week on-site sessions, rising 8th and 9th graders have the opportunity to travel off-site during 2-week sessions, and 4-year-olds can try out our half-day program. So come join us for our 25th summer of discovery, adventure, and fun.
