COMING IN AUGUST TO ROSWELL: We Rock the Spectrum Gym
We Rock the Spectrum Atlanta is a kid's gym committed to providing a safe, nurturing and fun environment to foster learning, exploration and a safe sensory experiences for ALL abilities. The gym provides Play With a Purpose™ by exercising and stimulating any of the seven senses through positive physical, emotional and social development. Specially-designed, sensory-safe equipment, activities, toys, classes, events and Rock Shop help children in the areas of strength, movement, sensory processing, communication, positive behavior modification, social interactions, and self-care skills. We Rock the Spectrum Atlanta is an all-inclusive environment and "Finally a place where you never have to say, I'm sorry.®"
We Rock the Spectrum Gym is opening its newest facility in ROSWELL at 614 W Crossville Rd., between Kohl's and Michael's in August. The facility offers uniquely designed sensory equipment created specifically to aid children with sensory processing disorders.
Angela Erisman, owner at We Rock the Spectrum Atlanta says she opened this facility because when she moved to Atlanta, she realized there wasn’t an ideal indoor playground for their two children with autism. "I wanted a place where children of all abilities could have fun, explore and learn!"
The facility has sensory equipment including:
- Zip line
- Crash pit
- Trampoline
- Dozens of different swings!
- Rock climbing wall
- Steamroller slide
- Scooter ramp
- Arts and crafts
- Toddler area
- Tunnel
FALL PROGRAM: ONSITE SUPPORT FOR VIRTUAL LEARNING
Starting August 24, We Rock The Spectrum is offering a fall camp from 8AM-2PM that will consist of an onsite certified teacher helping students K-5 complete daily virtual assignments, arts and crafts, music, games and open play in the gym.
