I met Miss Gail with the Jumpin' Jam Band this past September and was instantly smiling with her electric personality, whimsical style, and ability to get any crowd off their seat and onto their feet. Her upbeat and original music gets adults and children dancing and having fun at the first note. So imagine my excitement when I received the band's new CD "A Jumpin' Christmas" in the mail to review.
Let me tell you, this CD didn't disappoint! I popped it into the CD player in my vehicle on my way to pick up my oldest at preschool. Not only was I dancing in my seat, but my 12-month-old was clapping and "singing" in the backseat! I couldn't wait to get my 5-year-old in the car to get his opinion. And of course, he loved it! He was singing along in no time at all!
This CD is composed of 5 Christmas songs, including originals Santa’s Jiggle and Jive, Christmas Is On Its Way, and Winter. There are also jazzed-up versions of Jingle Bells and Hark the Herald that are my favorites! It's always fun to get a new twist on the traditonal tunes we love!
