Brooklyn native, Paulie Ogman, opened Paulie’s Brooklyn Pizza on Crabapple Rd. this summer and is getting rave reviews for his made-from-scratch pizza featuring family recipes from his Italian-born chef, and unmatched customer service.
Order by the 18-inch pie or the slice, you can expect to find a crunchy, thin crust, foldable, no knife or fork needed, because, as Paulie says, “there are just certain things you don’t do!”
After retiring 9 months ago, Paulie was invited by his daughter to move to Atlanta to be closer to his family, specifically his two young granddaughters. With family being his top priority, he relocated to the Atlanta area. “Just like Sinatra and Rocky,” Paulie said, “I came out of retirement.”
Featuring the freshest ingredients, dough and tomato sauce made daily from scratch, and hand-braided crust, Paulie’s strives for all customers to be 100% satisfied. Along with ensuring your meal comes out as ordered and cooked to perfection, you’ll be greeted with a “Welcome to Paulie’s!” when you come in the door by not only the highly-trained chefs, but often Paulie as well.
Paulie’s Brooklyn Pizza also offers pastas, giant heroes, fresh salads, gluten-free optios and Italian entrees. They have a liquor license offering alcohol to customers 7 days a week.
And because family is such a high priority, Paulie’s will be hosting regular family nights two Sundays each month with $20 meal deals including art and entertainment for the whole family. They will also offer options for themed birthday parties, Boy and Girl Scout badge workshops, end-of-season sports parties, or any group gathering.
